A sojourner away from home has car trouble and calls the 1st name he sees on Google. Shipshe Auto. They agreed to come find me and tow me in for repairs. Were very prompt with tow and follow up service. Had us back on the road in fine fashion all said within 24 hours of problem. Multiple phone contacts to update progress, good or bad. Reasonable charges too! Owner and staff were a delight to do business with!

While visiting Shipshewana, we encountered a flat tire and were recommended to Shipshe Auto Service. We had our car towed there for the repair. Upon arrival, I could see that it was a busy shop. Brent, the owner, assured us he would have the repair completed when we needed and he did, despite handling many other customers and an emergency wrecker call (car crash). Brent and his staff were friendly and professional. Brent even texted me a few days later to make sure everything was good with the tire repair. Not many business owners do that.. That was a nice touch! Great service and value. If we lived anywhere near Shipshewana, Shipshe Auto Service would be our shop! Highly recommended.

Being from Michigan I was down in the area for business and our truck had some wiring issues and wouldn’t start. Not only did they come tow our truck ASAP but the service and attention to detail was top shelf. Everything was throughly explained and we were back in our truck in a great turn around. We would definitely recommend anyone to them if you should need someone for vehicle service.
